We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to handle Security Guard (SG) operations at a sugar factory. The candidate will be responsible for manpower deployment, supervision, coordination with factory management, and ensuring smooth security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of Security Guards (SG) deployed at sugar factory
• Manpower planning, deployment & shift scheduling
• Attendance monitoring, leave & replacement management
• Coordination with factory management for daily operations
• Ensuring discipline, uniform, and duty compliance of SG staff
• Handling grievances, complaints & emergency situations
• Site inspections and supervision of SG performance
• Reporting daily attendance, incidents & compliance to management
• Liaison with HR for payroll, PF, ESIC & statutory compliance
• Ensuring safety & security protocols are followed strictly
