Job Summary:
The Operations Manager – Packing & Logistics is responsible for managing packing operations, garment dispatch, logistics coordination, and store fulfillment to ensure timely dispatch, accuracy, and smooth operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage packing team and garment sorting operations.
• Conduct random quality checks before and after packing.
• Oversee logistics operations including driver and vehicle coordination.
• Ensure on-time dispatch and correct loading to stores.
• Coordinate with stores for urgent requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain zero packing, dispatch, and delivery errors.
• Update unprocessed garment data daily in system.
• Ensure system (QDC) vs physical dispatch reconciliation.
• Ensure order TAT compliance.
• Allocate pressed garments to stores based on priority and share daily report.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and crates.
• Follow SOPs, safety, and company policies.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Operations / Logistics preferred).
Experience & Skills:
• 3–6 years of experience in operations/logistics/warehouse.
• Strong coordination and people management skills.
• Basic computer and reporting knowledge.
• Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
