Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations – sales, inventory.

• Ensure inventory accuracy (gold, jewellery).

• Drive workflow efficiency, team productivity & process compliance.

• Coordinate with accounts, logistics & sales teams for smooth execution.

• Oversee procurement, vendor management & supply chain.

• Implement SOPs, compliance & quality control across functions.

• Prepare MIS reports & business insights for management.

Skills & Requirements:

• 5–10 years in operations management (jewellery/retail preferred).

• Strong knowledge of inventory & supply chain.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally & MS Excel.

• Excellent leadership, communication & decision-making skills.

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA Preferred
