We are looking for a friendly and organized Sales and Marketing Executive to manage sales planning, customer onboarding, and daily messaging. The role involves handling customer queries, solving complaints, and building long-term relationships with our organic food community.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sales strategy planning and tracking

• Sending sales and product messages via WhatsApp

• Onboarding new customers

• Managing customer database

• Handling customer calls and resolving complaints

• Maintaining strong customer relationships

Skills Required:

• Communication

• WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic mobile apps

• MS Office 

• Good writing skills for message drafting

• Understanding of customer service
