3. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
Handle escalations, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers as required.
4. Resource Planning
Manage allocation of manpower, equipment, and other operational resources.
Optimize cost efficiency while ensuring service quality.
Maintain inventory, asset management, and procurement records.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and compliance records.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
6. Continuous Improvement
Identify gaps in processes and implement corrective actions.
Drive initiatives for automation, cost reduction, and improved turnaround time.
Support strategic business initiatives and expansion activities.
