Operation Manager

We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our team Rama Hospital and Research Centre. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. T

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across departments (OPD, IPD, emergency, support services) to ensure seamless workflow.

• Financial & Resource Management: Handle budgeting, cost reduction strategies, and inventory management for supplies and equipment.

• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and non-clinical support staff, fostering a productive environment.

• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements (e.g., QCI, NABH).

• Patient Experience: Monitor patient satisfaction metrics, address complaints, and implement quality improvement initiatives.

• Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and KPIs (e.g., bed occupancy, turnaround time) to drive improvements.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
