Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across departments (OPD, IPD, emergency, support services) to ensure seamless workflow.
Financial & Resource Management: Handle budgeting, cost reduction strategies, and inventory management for supplies and equipment.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and non-clinical support staff, fostering a productive environment.
Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements (e.g., QCI, NABH).
Patient Experience: Monitor patient satisfaction metrics, address complaints, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and KPIs (e.g., bed occupancy, turnaround time) to drive improvements.
