Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional CRM & Operations Executive who can manage client

data, payment reminders, documentation, billing, and internal coordination smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client database properly.

• Handle client follow-ups and payment reminders.

• Call clients professionally regarding due payments and documentation.

• Maintain client relationships with proper greetings and communication.

• Prepare agreements, bills, receipts, and documentation files.

• Organize company documents and client files systematically.

• Create and maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers.

• Set payment reminder automation and follow-up tracking systems.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams professionally.

• Support management in daily operational tasks.
