Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits and ensure SOP/compliance adherence.

Manage inventory, stock verification, and reconciliation.

Monitor stock movement, minimize losses, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Review invoices, expenses, budgets, and financial reports.

Ensure proper documentation and internal financial controls.

Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams.

Prepare MIS reports and analyze operational KPIs.

Identify process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and operational risks.

Lead and supervise operations staff to achieve business objectives.
