Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month (Based on experience)
Experience Required: 2–5 years in operations, administration, or team management
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Preferred: BBA, MBA, or similar)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of the branch/center

• Ensure smooth workflow across departments – admin, sales, accounts, and HR

• Monitor and improve internal processes and team productivity

• Coordinate with management for strategic planning and policy implementation

• Handle staff performance, daily reporting, and task assignments

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory norms, and safety standards

• Manage inventory, documentation, and vendor coordination

• Resolve operational issues quickly to ensure uninterrupted business functions

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

• Knowledge of office operations, administration, and team management

• Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic digital tools

• Time management and multitasking capability

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
