Check packaging for every order

Coordinate with Home Chefs / Delivery boys / customer, if needed

Track order status and ensure timely preparation and dispatch.

Chef Onboarding
•
Engage with incoming chef leads, introduce them to the FoodiaQ concept, and coordinate trial sessions
•
Manage the chef onboarding process, including documentation, menu planning, and briefing sessions.
3.
Client & Chef Management
•
Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and regional chefs.
•
Address client requests, special dietary requirements, and modifications to orders.
•
Coordinate with chefs to ensure food availability and quality standards are met.
4.
Delivery & Logistics Management
•
Ensure smooth delivery operations by coordinating with logistics partners.
•
Track deliveries and resolve any issues related to delays, incorrect orders, or packaging.
•
Optimize routes and delivery schedules for efficiency.
5.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
•
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with a customer-first approach.
•
Take proactive steps to prevent potential issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
•
Work on service improvement initiatives based on client feedback.
6.
Quality Control & Compliance
•
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and packaging standards are followed by all regional chefs.
•
Monitor order accuracy, portion sizes, and presentation consistency.
7.
Reporting & Process Improvement
•
Maintain records of orders, deliveries, and client interactions for analysis.
•
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
•
Collaborate with management to enhance the efficiency of order fulfillment.
•
Maintain accurate records and document everything, including orders, customer database, and discussions
