About the Role:

MetaBlock Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Manager Intern to assist in streamlining internal processes, coordinating between teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to gain real-world startup experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with design, development, and sales teams to manage internal workflows

• Track and manage project timelines, deadlines, and team deliverables

• Maintain documentation and internal databases

• Assist in improving operational processes and team productivity

• Handle scheduling, reporting, and team communications

• Support day-to-day office management tasks

Minimum Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Trello/Notion

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related field

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines

• Must be available full-time on-site in Jaipur
