Operation Manager

Location: [Jaipur]

Duration: 3–6 months

Type: Internship (Full-time or Part-time)

Stipend: 5k-8k

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing operational projects across departments

• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies

• Support inventory management and supply chain optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations

• Help develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, and prepare performance reports

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions

• Coordinate with vendors and partners for logistics and procurement

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Prior experience in operations or project management is a plus

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with Freshers.
