Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute sports events smoothly. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about sports & community building.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute sports tournaments, leagues, and social events

Coordinate with venue partners, vendors, sponsors, and players

Handle registrations, scheduling, and match fixtures

Manage event-day operations (check-in, score reporting, announcements)

Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and social media updates

Ensure smooth communication with players and participants

Maintain budgets and track expenses

Post-event reporting and feedback collection

Skills & Requirements:

1–3 years experience in event management (sports preferred)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to multitask under pressure

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel

Good problem-solving skills

Flexible to work evenings and weekends

Passion for sports (Pickleball knowledge is a bonus)

Compensation:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
