We are looking for a Graduate Operations Head to lead the costing and operations management of our tours. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering efficient, accurate, and competitive tour packages.

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Pricing: Develop, calculate, and manage cost structures for tour packages.
Client Quotations: Prepare accurate and timely B2B /B2C quotations.
Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage costing sheets, reports, and operational data.
Supplier Coordination: Negotiate with hotels, transport providers, and suppliers to secure the best rates.
Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure error-free costing, quotations, and contract handling.
Communication: Collaborate with international partners and internal teams, maintaining clear communication in English.
