Position Overview: As Operations Manager at Our Organization is located in Noida., you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and performance of our business partners. Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement and deliver effective training programs to improve their quality of service.
Job description - Key Responsibilities:
Handling the entire operational activities including overall Onboarding of the Astrologers on platform, people process, client management, and operations.
Accountable for maintaining the KRA (Key Responsibilities Area) Report for Astrologers daily, weekly & monthly.
Supervising overall operational management, systems, and planning with the senior management.
Lead continuous improvement process of the operational things on the platform.
Evaluating & re-evaluating various SOPs from time to time to ensure adherence.
Evaluating reports from Operations, Quality & Training to re-engineer & evolve processes
Successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction.
Managing and improving the operational processes, policies, and systems in support of the organization's mission.
Identify the best work processes & improvement opportunities for best results and fully implement the same.
Weekly Team Review.
Developing an operations strategy, and designing the operation's products, services, and processes.
Improving the performance of the operation, Planning, and controlling change.
Handling team of 4-5 Executives, and recruitment associates for Onboarding the prospectives.
Oversee day-to-day operation & Sales, Monitor astrologer's performance, and report on metrics
Managing quality assurance programmers.
Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
Motivate team members, Strong in Team Management and achieving targets.
Responsible for overall revenue generated.
Target oriented.
Give motivation to the team to achieve their target & customer satisfaction.
Become a good relationship between staff and management.
Good understanding of control, monitoring, and coaching/Training.
Good analysis, problem-solving, organizational, team player, research, and decision-making skills.
Handling any customer's complaints and following up to ensure resolution.
Preparing regular reports and MIS to the leadership team around the performance of the business
Create SOP for different Teams.
Regularly report the progress of team payment and personnel condition to the superior.
Monitor all kinds of end-day, end-week, and end-month collection staff business reports.
Project Management:
Support, Execute, and assist in projects, completing assigned tasks and responsibilities within budget and agreed timelines (and explaining variances).
Communicate appropriately with identified stakeholders within Risk Operations and business management.
Exhibits organization and multi-tasking skills required to successfully engage in simultaneous engagements.
Relationship Management
Maintains a positive working relationship with team members, and global stakeholders and sustains an ongoing relationship with key business contacts.
Effectively maintains the appropriate level of communication with business management.
Lead discussions with clients in developing action plans to resolve control issues or risks; handle the resolution of high-risk issues with management
Qualifications –
Must have Graduated from a recognized University.
3+ Years of Experience in Operation Management & Team Management
Will be responsible for managing the end-to-end value chain of Production/ Quality/ Dispatch departments.
Experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management.
Ability to optimize workforce productivity, allocate resources efficiently, and foster a positive work environment.
Strong background in implementing and maintaining robust quality control processes.
Responsible for documentation updating e.g. SOP, work instructions, visual standards, and Technical Data.
