We have an urgent hiring for leading QSR for Shift Manager role in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.
Lead, motivate, and train team members to meet service and performance standards.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service and quality control.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with airport and brand regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and place orders as needed.
Handle cash management, including shift closing, daily sales reports, and till reconciliation.
Manage scheduling, task assignments, and delegation of duties.
Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Report operational issues or incidents to higher management as needed.
