We are a fast-growing travel startup looking for an Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily customer requests & delegate to team members

• Manage travel portals & customer communications

• Design custom travel packages for clients

• Train, guide & grow a team of 12+

• Implement tools & streamline processes
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Prior experience in the Travel industry

• Strong leadership & people management skills

• Adaptability, hard work, and customer service orientation
