Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager – Expansion & Operations to lead our growth across Dharamshala, Palampur, and Bir. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about hospitality, business development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new homestay, villa, and farmhouse partners

• Negotiate property agreements (revenue share/lease models)

• Oversee property onboarding: compliance, branding, training

• Ensure guest experience quality & SOP compliance

• Train caretakers and manage local operations

• Collaborate with tech & marketing teams for OTA listings

• Drive occupancy, revenue, and partner satisfaction

Requirements

• 🎓 Graduate (Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred)

• 💼 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or property management

• 🤝 Strong negotiation, communication, and local networking skills

• 📍 Preferably based in Dharamshala / Palampur or nearby

• 👨‍💼 Ability to work independently, manage a small team & travel across the district
