Job Summary:

The Operations Manager – Flat Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, upkeep, and operational readiness of guest flats/rooms. This role ensures that all units meet quality, safety, and service standards, providing a seamless and comfortable guest experience and Team Handling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Operations

• Oversee daily maintenance of flats, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil work.

• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

• Handle emergency repairs and minimize downtime.

2. Team Management

• Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and support teams.

• Train and evaluate team performance.

3. Inventory & Asset Management

• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

• Track asset conditions and plan replacements/upgrades.

4. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to safety standards, fire regulations, and local compliance laws.

• Conduct routine safety checks and audits.

5. Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets.

• Optimize costs without compromising quality.
