Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination between clients, advisors, and backend teams.

  • Handle client inquiries professionally through calls, meetings, and digital communication.

  • Assist in explaining financial and insurance products in a confident and client-friendly manner.

  • Build long-term relationships with high-value and retail clients.

  • Coordinate documentation, follow-ups, renewals, onboarding, and client servicing.

  • Support business growth through relationship management and communication excellence.

  • Maintain professional records, reports, and operational processes.

  • Assist management in organizing client meetings, presentations, and investment discussions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in insurance, banking, finance, wealth management, or customer relationship management preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Pleasant personality with professional etiquette and confidence.

  • Good voice quality and telecalling ability.

  • Ability to handle clients with patience, maturity, and professionalism.

  • Knowledge of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIF, or investment advisory will be an added advantage.

  • Smart, organized, and capable of multitasking under professional work environments.

  • Basic computer knowledge, CRM handling, email drafting, and MS Office proficiency required.
