We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to join our growing online ed-tech platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational operations and a strong understanding of various school education boards (CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards). This role demands coordination across content, delivery, student services, and tech teams to ensure smooth, scalable, and high-quality academic operations.
Oversee end-to-end academic operations for live and recorded classes aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and major State Board syllabi.
Ensure accurate scheduling, resourcing, and delivery of courses across multiple subjects and grade levels.
Collaborate with content and academic teams to track curriculum progress and syllabus coverage.
Work closely with tech/product teams to optimize the LMS and app-based learning environment.
Coordinate onboarding and training for teachers, academic counselors, and support staff.
Maintain quality standards for session delivery, student interaction, and parent communication.
Monitor operational KPIs: attendance, engagement, retention, and learning outcomes.
Resolve operational bottlenecks and troubleshoot daily issues related to course delivery.
Conduct periodic audits and feedback loops to improve processes and learning experience.
Assist in the roll-out of new academic programs, exams, or curriculum changes.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2–3 years of experience in EdTech operations or educational program management.
Working knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, and key State Board curricula.
Familiarity with online learning tools, LMS platforms, and digital classroom technologies.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
