Job Title: Operations & Team Management Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Operations & Team Management Executive who can manage day-to-day company operations, coordinate with employees, assign tasks, follow up on work, and ensure smooth execution across departments.
This role is ideal for someone who is a quick learner, multitasker, and strong communicator who can handle both office coordination and operational responsibilities efficiently.
The candidate will work closely with management and will be trained and guided initially. We need someone dependable, energetic, tech-friendly, and capable of managing different types of work as per company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day employee activities
Assign tasks to team members and follow up on completion
Take regular work reports from employees and maintain proper reporting systems
Coordinate between management and staff for smooth workflow
Ensure deadlines and project timelines are properly followed
Handle operational and administrative tasks as required
Coordination & Operations
Arrange and coordinate company events, exhibitions, stall setups, meetings, and vendor activities
Handle market research for required products/services
Contact vendors and collect quotations/pricing
Coordinate purchases and operational requirements
Manage external coordination and follow-ups when needed
Communication & Management
Maintain strong follow-up with employees, vendors, and clients
Prepare updates, reports, and status summaries for management
Handle emails, documentation, and communication professionally
Use tools like Email, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, spreadsheets, and online research platforms efficiently
