Operation Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and experienced Motor Insurance- Operation Manager who understands the complete motor insurance process, including quoting, renewals, and policy issuance through insurer portals.

This role also offers growth to a Team Leader position based on performance and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with existing and new clients for renewals and fresh motor insurance quotes

• Operate and generate quotes via insurance portals of Insurance Companies

• Explain policy features, IDV, NCB, add-ons clearly to customers

• Ensure correct documentation and follow-ups for policy issuance

• Handle customer queries related to motor policy

• Maintain daily follow-up MIS and update Excel trackers

• Train and guide junior team members in future (Team Lead scope)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Motor Insurance Operations or back end or telecalling

• Must know how to operate insurer portals

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic MS Excel knowledge for MIS tracking

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced setup

• Open to working 6 days a week (Day Shift)

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
