Hiring: Factory Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage packing staff & daily work allocation

• Plan orders for dispatch & production

• Handle urgent orders efficiently

• Ensure availability of packing materials (caps, etc.)

• Entry of purchase & expense invoices (Busy/Tally)

• Maintain transporter freight records

• Arrange urgent local materials if needed

Requirements:

• Basic accounting knowledge

• Busy/Tally knowledge preferred

• Two-wheeler preferred
