Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of goods.

Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including monitoring incoming deliveries.

Lead and manage projects to support logistics operations and planning.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors.

Prepare reports on delivery times, cost estimates, and other key metrics.

Report and oversee maintenance/repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment.

Handle calls with professionalism and strong telephone etiquette.

Manage transportation activities and ensure efficiency.

Negotiate rates with vendors and service providers.

Supervise driver activities and ensure compliance.

Oversee vendor management for smooth operations.
