Operations Manager will be responsible for overall store operations including inventory control, staff coordination, reporting, cash handling, compliance, and daily operational supervision.
Store Operations: Ensure timely store opening & closing Daily guard check, housekeeping check, and overall store readiness before clients enter
Inventory & Stock Control : Handle store transfers, stock movement, and internal software in–out entries Conduct regular stock audits and assist in surprise audits
Purchases & Returns :Verify purchases, purchase returns, inward/outward records Coordinate with accounts and vendors for accuracy
Sales Floor Control :Monitor trials, deliveries, and pending ordersEnsure coordination between sales, tailoring, and delivery teams
Reporting & Monitoring: Take daily calling reports from each section Track delays, errors, and operational gaps
Cash & Banking: Daily cash checking Ensure proper cash-to-bank deposits and reporting
Audit & Compliance :Maintain discipline in SOPs, billing processes, and internal controls Act as the operations backbone of the store
