Key Responsibilities

🎓 Instructor Management

• Handle all trainer communications, scheduling, and rescheduling.

• Coordinate during emergencies or sudden changes in session plans.

• Ensure timely and effective delivery of all training sessions.

• Maintain a clear and positive communication channel between instructors and the operations team.
  

👩‍🎓 Student Operations & Success

• Oversee student onboarding, attendance, and overall engagement.

• Address and resolve student issues or concerns promptly.

• Ensure a smooth and satisfying learning experience for every student.

• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the student journey.
  

✅ Quality & Compliance

• Monitor and maintain teaching quality in line with internal SOPs.

• Identify, document, and report errors, gaps, or deviations from standards.

• Work with trainers and management to implement corrective and improvement measures.
  

📊 Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

• Track and analyze operational KPIs, trainer efficiency, and student satisfaction data.

• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting

  • Ability to handle time-sensitive and high-priority tasks

  • Experience in operations, academic coordination, or EdTech management (preferred)
