1. Operations & Process Management
Plan, organize, and oversee daily business operations
Develop and implement efficient operational processes and SOPs
Monitor workflow to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
Identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas in operations
2. Team Management
Manage, guide, and motivate operations staff, supervisors, and field teams
Allocate duties and set performance expectations
Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance improvement plans
Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity of teams
3. Vendor & Resource Management
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service partners
Ensure vendor compliance with contracts and service standards
Optimize manpower, materials, and operational resources
Control operational costs and reduce wastage
4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding operational issues
Ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction
Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges
Prepare and share operational reports with management
5. Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory norms
Maintain documentation, audits, and quality standards
Implement safety, security, and risk-control measures
Ensure zero tolerance for policy violations
6. Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Track KPIs, productivity, and operational performance
Share insights and improvement recommendations with leadership
7. Strategic Support
Support management in business expansion and new projects
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning
Implement new tools, systems, or technologies
Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of operations, compliance, and process improvement
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and reporting tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
