Operation Executive

Responsibilities:

·         Manage daily last-mile delivery operations to ensure products are delivered on time.

·         Coordinate with delivery associates, and internal teams to improve delivery processes.

·         Monitor daily performance of delivery associates (bike/van riders) and resolve route-level issue

·         Candidate should be from E-Commerce background

·         Strong Administration skills

·         Strong manpower handling skills

·         Ensure operational compliance with safety and quality standards.

·         Candidates must be open to relocation within West Bengal 

Experience Required:

 Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in E-Commerce last-mile operations (companies like Xpress bees, Delhivery.com, Flipkart, Ecom Express, Shadow Fax, etc.) is preferable
