Speedup Club is a sports servicing company based in Delhi. We operate our own Pickleball courts and also design and build courts for malls, schools, universities, and private clients.

We are currently hiring an Operations Executive. The ideal candidate should come from a Construction or Real Estate background.

Job Responsibilities

• Site Supervision:
  Oversee ongoing court construction sites, ensure work quality, track progress, and make sure work is completed within deadlines.

• Vendor & Client Coordination:
  Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients throughout the project. Provide regular updates to clients and the management/owners.

• Facility Management:
  Manage Speedup Club’s own sports courts by coordinating with the on-site facility personnel and ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.

• Daily Operations & Backend Support:
  Handle backend operational tasks such as project coordination, follow-ups, client communication, and managing new client inquiries.

• Communication:
  Manage all coordination via emails, calls, and other communication channels.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
