1.     Key Responsibilities and Performance Expectations

·       Customer Service & Client Interaction

Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing comprehensive information about the organization's products and services.

·       Trial Session Management

Plan and schedule trial sessions for prospective students, ensuring they are conducted within 2-3 days of inquiry.

·       Lead Conversion & Follow-ups

Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, offering detailed insights into courses

·       Workshops & Training Coordination

Plan, organize, and execute workshops for students and parents while ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place sessions.

·       Course Content & Material Development

Design, structure, and update course materials, FAQs, and informational guides to enhance parents' understanding of the programs. l standards.

·       Administrative & Financial Responsibilities

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth on boarding of converted leads and timely communication of course details to parents.
