Operation Executive

We are looking for an operations executive to join our team in sector 3 Noida.

This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support.

The industry is financial industry and so knowledge of mutual funds operations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, dividend payouts, and systematic investment plans (SIPs).

• Verify and reconcile transaction details with fund houses and internal systems to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain accurate records of investor transactions, account statements, and related documentation.

• Handle KYC documentation checks and ensure all investor records are up to date and compliant.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6 years of experience in mutual funds operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
