Operation Executive

Watch Your Health (WYH) is an InsurTech-enabled healthcare services company supporting insurers and corporates across the employee health insurance journey through structured processes, digital platforms, and service excellence.

As part of these engagements, WYH is hiring Operations Executives with experience in endorsements and refunds to provide dedicated operational support for leading insurance companies.

Role Overview

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing policy endorsements, refunds, and servicing activities for Health and Travel Insurance. The role ensures accuracy, timely processing, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

●       Process policy endorsements including member additions/deletions, personal detail corrections, sum insured changes, travel date updates, and trip modifications

●       Validate supporting documents and ensure accurate premium recalculations

●       Handle refund processing related to cancellations, excess premium, endorsement adjustments, and travel-related cases

●       Coordinate with Underwriting, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams for approvals and issue resolution

●       Maintain policy servicing records and update CRM / internal systems

●       Ensure compliance with insurance company guidelines and IRDAI regulations

●       Prepare basic MIS reports covering endorsements, refunds, and aging

Skills & Competencies

●       Sound knowledge of health and travel insurance operations and IRDAI norms

●       High accuracy in data entry and premium/refund calculations

●       Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills

●       Detail-oriented with good Excel and system-handling skills

●       Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving approach

Qualifications

●       Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

●       1–3 years of experience in insurance operations (endorsements/refunds preferred)

Compensation

●       Salary as per industry standards (to be discussed during interview)

●       CTC Range: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience, previous salary, and interview performance)
