We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day processes related to our insurance services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in insurance operations and will ensure that all backend activities are completed accurately and efficiently, supporting smooth functioning across teams.
Handle end-to-end policy processing including new issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, and internal sales teams for documentation and follow-ups.
Verify client information, policy details, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Maintain and update insurance records and operational reports.
Resolve queries related to policy status, claims support, or documentation.
Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems and CRM tools.
Track and follow up on premium payments and documentation.
Assist in audits, MIS reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
1–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the insurance sector (Life or General Insurance).
Familiarity with insurance terms, products, and processes.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and data handling.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
