Job Description / Responsibilities:Ensure smooth day-to-day operationsCoordinate vehicle placement, reporting, and movementMonitor driver and field staff attendance and duty schedulesEnsure pickups and deliveries are completed as per client timelinesSupervise loading, unloading, and shipment statusReport delays, shortages, or operational issues immediatelyCoordinate between clients, supervisors, drivers, and managementFollow up on POD, LR, trip sheets, and basic operational documentsSupport cost control and improve operational efficiencyHandle emergencies such as vehicle breakdowns, delays, or manpower issues
