Graduates / Freshers (Non-Engineering preferred)
0–1.5-year experience
Good English communication skills (mandatory)
Support UK insurance policy administration and backend operations
Process insurance documents, endorsements, renewals, and policy updates
Verify customer and policy details as per UK insurance guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams for data accuracy and case resolution
Maintain records and ensure compliance with defined SLAs
Handle email-based coordination (non-voice / semi-voice)
Basic understanding of insurance or willingness to learn
Good written and verbal communication in English
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work in a process-driven environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)
