Job Description

We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented candidates to join our 24/7 Monitoring Team.

Job Role: Operation Executive

You will be responsible for monitoring websites, mobile apps, and systems on real devices and ensuring timely alerts and actions using automation tool.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor websites, mobile apps, and desktop applications using automation tools

· Perform regular checks on real devices (Android, Desktop, EXE apps)

· Handle OTP, CAPTCHA, and manual intervention tasks

· Identify downtime or issues and raise alerts via email/SMS/call

· Maintain logs and basic reports

· Coordinate with internal teams during incidents

Eligibility

· Any graduate / undergraduate (Freshers welcome)

· Basic computer knowledge (Ms Office, browser, email)

· Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 monitoring)

· Attention to detail and discipline

· Basic English reading & communication

Shift Details

· Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

· Weekly offs as per schedule

Onsite – Ecstacy Business Park, Mulund, Mumbai
