Operation Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon seller account. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You will be responsible for managing listings, inventory, order processing, reporting, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on Amazon (including content, images, keywords, and pricing updates)

• Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and coordinate with the warehouse team

• Handle Amazon order processing, returns, and customer service queries

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and analyze data using Excel

• Coordinate with the marketing team for deals, campaigns, and A+ content

• Ensure account health metrics are maintained (feedback, performance, compliance)

• Communicate clearly and professionally with Amazon Seller Support when required

• Research and implement best practices to optimize listings and improve visibility

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
