Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized Operations Executive to support the seamless execution of meetings, events and operational activities. This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail and the ability to work within budgetary and time constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in developing and executing engaging, customized meetings.
● Oversee event planning and vendor management, ensuring smooth execution.
● Assess event requirements, considering budgets and timelines for seamless operations.
● Perform final event-day checks to ensure setup and technology meet required standards.
● Create PowerPoint presentations, maintain meeting minutes and update global platforms as needed.
● Coordinate with internal tech partners and act as a travel concierge, managing flight bookings and venue arrangements.
● Facilitate smooth coordination between members and internal teams, addressing needs and assisting with payment collection.
● Monitor and manage all operational activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations or a related field.
● 1-3 years of experience in operations, event management or administration.
● Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and event management tools.
● Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
● Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.
