Operation Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle the end-to-end processing of insurance policies. You will ensure timely and accurate policy issuance, maintain records, and support the operations team in day-to-day tasks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process insurance policies as per the company's standard operating procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams and agents to collect required documents and information.

• Verify application details for accuracy and completeness before policy issuance.

• Ensure timely entry of data into the system and maintain policy records.

• Follow up on pending cases and resolve discrepancies, if any.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal tracking and audits.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

• Provide operational support to other departments as needed.
