Job Description

Fleet Tracking: Daily communication with drivers to track GPS/KM status and update the Fleet Management System (FMS).
Fund Management: Act as the point of contact for driver fund requests (advances, trip expenses) and coordinate with Finance following our established SOPs.
Fuel & Maintenance: Oversee daily fuel requirements, manage payments to stations, and secure management approval for maintenance bills.
Account Reconciliation: Collect and verify driver bills against account statements to ensure financial accuracy.
Data Administration: Maintain meticulous records of loading/unloading details, driver attendance, and vehicle mileage in Excel and FMS.
