We are looking for a proactive and analytical Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you'll work on key initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency, operational execution, and cross-departmental collaboration. You’ll get hands-on exposure to business operations and play a critical role in driving improvements across teams.

● Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas
● Design and recommend data-driven process enhancements

● Track operational KPIs and build dashboards or reports
● Support customer delivery processes and vendor/partner coordination
● Help draft SOPs and training documentation for internal use
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Sales, HR, and Product
