Operation Executive

The Operations Executive supports the daily backend operations including staff management, reporting, coordination with recruitment, and documentation. This role is essential for maintaining operational continuity and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update daily rosters, attendance sheets, and shift allocations • Track workforce productivity and flag irregularities in attendance or compliance • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely onboarding and replacement of manpower • Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the City Manager • Maintain employee documentation and ensure timely resolution of payroll-related queries • Monitor and reconcile inventory or assets (if applicable) assigned to field staff • Support in planning and executing city-level operational strategies • Assist in performance tracking and incentive calculation for field teamS
