Job Description


Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage employee concerns, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate should have experience handling a workforce of 150–200 employees and be comfortable interacting with both internal teams and client stakeholders.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

  • Manage and respond to employee emails, ensuring proper communication and resolution of issues.

  • Coordinate regularly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and maintain strong working relationships.

  • Visit client locations as required to ensure operational efficiency and address on-ground concerns.

  • Interact with employees/resources at different locations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.

  • Monitor attendance, performance, and overall engagement of employees.

  • Handle employee grievances and ensure proper resolution in line with company policies.

  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations, employee data, and client communications.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Admin, Payroll) for smooth operational support.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).

  • 1–5 years of experience in operations, employee management, or client coordination.

  • Experience handling 150–200 employees/workforce is mandatory.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
