Position: Operations Executive
Role Summary
We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage SPF claim operations, ensure timely ticket resolution, coordinate with stakeholders, and improve claim approval efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and process management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle SPF claim tickets and ensure accurate processing.
Ensure all SPF claim tickets are closed within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
Conduct seller training sessions on SPF claim processes, guidelines, and best practices.
Coordinate with third-party stakeholders to improve SPF claim approval rates.
Monitor SPF claim tickets daily and track performance metrics.
Escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards related to SPF claims.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
Required Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is preferred.
