Job Title: Operation Executive
Location: Chembur
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, dependable, and good at multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-desk duties: answering calls, handling visitors, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Support HR and finance departments with documentation and data entry
Ensure cleanliness and order in the office environment
Assist in handling petty cash and basic bookkeeping
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role (preferred)
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Well-organized with a strong attention to detail
Graduate or equivalent qualification
