Operations Executive – DC (Desk Co-ordinator)

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in the construction industry)

Education: B.Com or equivalent in Commerce

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive (DC)

to support our operations and documentation processes in the construction and industrial paint contracting domain.

Key Responsibilities:

 Preparation and submission of documents to head office / respective departments

 Import coordination for project and mock-up materials

 Processing vendor / contractor bills.

 Preparation/Verifying and processing of staff claims

 Sending WSR / SBR request to Singapore and Japan for the project mock ups.

 Coordination with inter and intra departments for project-related documentation and tasks

 Checking and verifying staff attendance records

Desired Candidate Skills:

· Experience - 1 to 3 years in operations, preferably in construction, real estate, architecture, or paint industry

Skills:

 Documentation

 Coordination across teams

 Attention to detail and time management

 Knowledge of project workflows in industrial/commercial environments

 Understanding of industrial/commercial project workflows

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer operations

Industry Preference: Open to any, but background in construction/architecture/paint preferred
