Back Office Operation Executive

We are looking for a International Business Development & Operation Executive to join our team at Sello Digital Media. We are an online marketing technology company providing innovative solutions across the digital marketing ecosystem. We run performance based mobile ads campaigns for different clients world wide in different models on CPA, CPI, CPL, CPS, CPC/CPM.

We are a Digital Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential clients globally, advertisers, and business partners through LinkedIn, email, and online research

2. Coordinate with international clients and partners and manage day-to-day requirements

3. Assist with digital/affiliate campaign setup, monitoring, and management

4. Track campaign performance and coordinate with relevant teams/partners

5. Prepare reports and analyze campaign data using Excel/Google Sheets

6. Maintain client, campaign, and business development records

7. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve research, communication, and productivity

8. Learn new digital marketing, performance marketing, and affiliate platforms

Job Requirements:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Basic understanding of digital marketing/performance marketing

3. Comfortable using ChatGPT/AI tools

4. Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

5. Own laptop and reliable internet connection

6. Smart, proactive, enthusiastic, and a quick learner

7. Willing to take ownership and work in a fast-paced startup environment

8. Mumbai-based candidates only

9. Willing to join full-time in a digital marketing profile
