Operation Executive

• Collect, check, and verify customer documents (ID proof, address proof, income proof, etc.)

• Ensure all documents meet KYC and compliance guidelines set by the bank and regulators.

• Update and maintain customer records in the system.

• Perform due diligence to identify any missing or incorrect information.

• Support account opening, loan processing, and other banking services by validating documents.

• Escalate suspicious or fraudulent documents/transactions to the compliance team.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.
