Operation Executive

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and product positioning to support datadriven decisions.  Track and update pricing strategies regularly to align with business goals and improve profitability.  Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for internal teams and leadership.  Analyze operational data to identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvement.  Manage client communications via email and calls, providing timely responses and resolving queries effectively.  Support in planning, tracking, and execution of deliverables across departments.  Perform quality checks on reports and ensure data accuracy before sharing with clients or management.  Maintain and organize documentation for internal processes, pricing updates, and client records.  Assist in preparing insights and summary reports for presentations and management reviews.  Identify recurring issues in operations and suggest improvements to streamline processes.
